On the FileX server, I only have access to one folder called “.ssh”.

Symptom
  • After signing into the FileX server, I cannot see any of my institution's files.  I can only see one folder called .ssh.

Resolution
  1. Please double click on the forward-slash folder (/)

2. Once in the Remote pane, you will need to locate your home directory which corresponds to your username.

3. Navigate to the root directory.

4. Click the xfer directory.

5. Navigate to the desired upload or download product directory.

6. If requiring WMS reports: Then locate your home directory  which corresponds to your new username >  root directory > xfer > wms > reports
