How do I unsubscribe from Usage Statistics email reports?

Resolution

If you are receiving reports for a product your library still subscribes to, then please do the following:

  1. Log into the Usage Statistics site using the authorization that most closely related to the report.
    • If you are receiving ILL reports, log in with your ILL authorization. Please see your local administrator if you do not know your library's authorization credentials.
  2. Select Email on the top right side of the screen.
  3. Delete the report entries you no longer wish to receive.

If you are receiving reports for a product your library no longer subscribes to, please contact OCLC Support and provide your OCLC symbol, the email address these reports are being sent to, and the title of the reports being emailed, as well as the Page ID of this help article, which can be found below.
