Running a Pathping

  1. On your computer's task bar, click on the Start button.
  2. In the search field, type cmd.
  3. Right-click on CMD.exe and select Run as Administrator.
  4. Type pathping and then type the OCLC URL.
  5. Allow several minutes for the test to complete.
  6. When the pathping command finishes, copy the information from the window and email it to support@oclc.org.
