How do I request a VPAT for an OCLC product?

Resolution

Please submit a request for any accessibility reports you need via the form at the bottom of https://policies.oclc.org/en/accessibility.html. 

If you don't get a response, please contact OCLC Support with your name, your library's OCLC symbol, the report you need as well as the date when you turned in the form above.
