A patron cannot see their card barcode in the app
Symptom
- The barcode isn't visible when the patron navigates to their "Digital Card" in their library's Capira Mobile application.

Resolution
If a patron reports this, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Make sure they have the latest version of the app installed
- Check that they have installed the latest operating system update for their device
- Perform a force restart of the app
- Uninstall and reinstall the app on the device
- Change the text size or Display Zoom on the phone
If these suggestions do not resolve the issue, please reach out to OCLC Support with the following information:
- Device Model (iPhone 14, Samsung Galaxy S23, etc.)
- Device OS Version (iOS 17, Android 13, etc.)
- App version installed
